Abstract
The aim of this study is to explore methods of companies operating in Dulayl Industrial complex in Jordan, taking administrative and legal measures, if any, that reduce organizational conflicts between workers, and their effectiveness in achieving the goal. The result is that companies discussed do that look into previous behaviors of applicants of job seekers, nor adopt preemptive measures to prevent organizational conflicts or end it at a very early stage. The work of those organizations is a routine procedure, companies generally do, and the little attention to this aspect is not to reduce conflicts, but to ensure smooth operation and production goals.
