Abstract
The subject of the article is the attitude to love of Count Myshkin who is the main character of Dostoevsky’s novel “The Idiot”. The author of the article disagrees with the opinion about asexuality of the Count and suggests taking into consideration specificity of his Christian psychology (“Christian affection”) along with ideological and emotional background (pagan and romantic element).
