The article considers problems of Russian economy during the economic cri- sis and analyses the scenario of overcoming of negative infl uence of external conditions on the growth of the economy presented economic Stolypin club, the government and economic ex- perts. Examines the ways and methods of regulation of economy and measures of economic development while preserving the social orientation of development of Russia.
