Abstract
Qualitative indices of meat of calves of Limousine, Aberdeen Angus, Black-motley breeds and Aberdeen Angus x Black-motley hybrids of different weight co n-di tions are presented, grown in farms in a floodplain farming areas of Prypiat P o-lesye. It was determined that energy value of an average sample of meat was higher in A berdeen Angus animals and biological value was higher in Limousine calves. The maximum level of polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamins content was also d e-termined in Li mousine meat.
