Abstract
This article describes how the international standards in the field of children's rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan are implemented. The special attention is paid to the children's rights, the methods of solving this problem are offered. The urgency of this problem forces to consider a set of issues related to the implementation of international standards in the field of children's rights.
