Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of optimization of educational process by means of workbooks. In article the features of work with workbook by studying of humanitarian disciplines are specified, examples of the formulation of questions and tasks are given. The author imparts experience of practical work on application of workbooks in musical and pedagogical disciplines, notes the specifics in the organization of discipline studying by students.
