"THE NEW REALITY" IN THE EXPRESSIONISTIC DRAMA

The present article deals with the brief overview of expressionistic drama as the one of the brightest directions in art and literature of the first third of the XX century. The author considers highlights in development of the expressionistic drama and its reflection in works of the leading playwrights - expressionists. "The new reality" designed by art means of the expressionistic drama is represented to the author the determined attempt to escape peculiar to art of transitional time.
