THE DISCRETE DEVICE FOR WAVELET TRANSFORMS

In the computing algorithms, we have to work the most often with the discretely given information by signals and images processing, i.e. with the functions on an array. For processing of this the functions, we need the discrete device, which represents the decision of systems of the linear algebraic equations with smaller number of operations in order to increase the speed and to reduce the volumes of the reserved memory.
