Abstract
The article discusses treatment methods in diabetic patients with necrotic and septic lesions. Severity of diabetes mellitus in terms of lipid peroxidation is evaluated in highlands’ residents. Lipid peroxidation and coagulation are assessed. Antioxidant and anticoagulant therapy is evaluated in patients with diabetic complications.Main causes of lethal outcomes in diabetic patients with necrotic and septic complications are discussed.
