THE ISSUES OF INNOVATION IMPLEMENTATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF LYUBERTSY YOUTH HOME

The article deals with the issues occurring during innovations implementation, which means the nature of psychological barriers of employees interfering literal perception of innovations is revealed. The main features of conflicts influencing the efficiency of innovations are defined. The authors consider mechanisms of conflict management and methods of coping with psychological barriers, promoting development of innovation-oriented culture of Youth Home on the way to the creation of self-developing organization on the example of Lyubertsy Youth Home.
