Abstract

To increase the rate of growth of the regional economy it is necessary to develop and effectively implement a regional investment strategy. Proposed organizational and economic mechanisms of attracting investments into the real sector of the economy of the region, such as regional infrastructure development, creation and implementation of cluster-oriented regional policy.
