Abstract
Semiconductor diodes have always been essential components of electronic devices. The diode application which is taught at undergraduate level of engineering in basic course of electronics engineering is very important in context with electronics engineering. The simulation of various diode applications is done here in order to make the understanding of the student more clear and motivate student to design their own electronic circuit through the simulation software’s like MATLAB. This paper describes a method & concepts used to simulate basic diode application circuits using the Simscape toolbox within MATLAB software. This paper is also help to student for finding how to choose the parameters values for finding desire results. This paper will discuss the basics of Diode applications, specifications & simulation.
