Abstract
This article describes the methodological assistance of the Programme aimed at improving the communicative competence of teachers of preschool educational institutions in their professional activities. The basic principles of implementation of the program, the complex lessons, allowing teachers to expand knowledge about the norms and limitations in professional communication, factors of effective communication in professional activities and demonstrate skills, aimed at correlating knowledge of the rules and restrictions in professional dialogue with the practice of communication are described.
