PREVENTING VIRAL LEUKEMOGENESIS AT YOUNG CATTLE STOCK

Abstract
In this article there are research results on influence of an immunomodulatory preparation Ribotan at application of its by 6-month age heifers without bovine leukemia virus, for prevention of virus leukemia genesis according to the developed scheme: intramuscularly on 3 ml / shank once with an interval of two weeks within 6 months. Among experimental heifers after the end of experience there were no the animals infected with bovine leukemia virus whereas among control group of heifers 20 % of the infected animals are revealed. The conclusion on prevention of virus leukemia genesis at Ribotan's application according to the specified scheme is drawn.
