Abstract
Actuality of research of dependency of number of applied workers in Russian Federation from differ- ent factors is justified. Choice of linear multy-factor model of dependency of number of applied workers from unemployment level and death rate at manufacture is justified. Tendecies of factors' development are determined and their predictions are made. Based on these predictions, estimations of number of applied workers are made, and relations between these estimations and changes of tendencies of factors' development are determined
