In this article the problem of meaning of the human rights in life of the international community today, influences of protection of the rights and freedoms of human on the modern international policy are considered, views of Margaret Thatcher to this problem - the famous politician, the first and only woman of the prime-minister of England - are analyzed; the truth of her warnings of subjectivity possibility, dual standards, pressure upon other states,
