LANGUAGE RELICS IN SPEECH DESCENDANTS OF RUSSIAN COSSACKS FORMER BITTER LINES IN INOETHNIC ENVIRONMENT AS A REFLECTION OF THE STABILITY OF THE COSSACK CULTURE
