Abstract
Study on the formation of the Kazakh-Russian bilingualism in terms of development of an independ- ent state in the post-imperial space associated with comprehensive and a different aspects of study and compre- hension of the problem of preservation of the native language in the non-indigenous environment. The border areas of Russia and Kazakhstan are presented in the study of human settlements of the former bitter line Siberian Cossack troops, which now belong to the border area of northern Kazakhstan. They are a complex construct that includes a multi-ethnic and multi-confessional community of nations, connecting Europe and Asia, West and East.
