Abstract
The effect of carbohydrates on human adipose tissue cells is studied. The research was conducted at the temperature of (43.5±0.5)0С. During the research, it was found that certain carbohydrates showed the ability to fasten the death process of adipose tissue cells of healthy subjects. The results of lectin+glycosidase complex affecting structural changes of adipose tissue cells during thermal action are presented. Special focus is on the examination of the speed of cell death. The differences in the character of cell death under the effects of temperature and carbohydrate as well as temperature and complexes are discovered.
