Abstract
The article is concerned with the operation conditions of the bread and flour products market in Perm region as one of the major industrial sectors of the region’s economy. The issues that new bread and flour production enterprises are confronted with when entering this industry are specified. By the example of OJSC DobryankaKhleb, a detailed analysis of the market players’ activity has been performed, the reasons for products’ unavailability on the shelves of big stores revealed and explicit recommendations to cope with these difficulties given.
