Abstract
The problems of formation of industrial enterprise depreciation policy under crisis conditions are considered. The necessity to apply the totality of scientific and methodological approaches together to its formation is substantiated. The content of the suggested approaches within the organizational and economic mechanism of the depreciation policy is revealed.
