Abstract

The article is considering the essence of the "intellectual capital" concept. The intellectual capital structure has been considered with account of different scientists’ views to identify its elements. The essential characteristics of the "human capital", "structural capital", "technology capital", "social capital" concepts have been presented. The current state and trends of intellectual potential in Ukraine have been analyzed.
