LAND RELATIONS AND LAND MANAGEMENT REFORMING UNDER NEW CONDITIONS OF MARKET CHANGES

Problems of the land relations reforming in Ukraine have been studied. The necessity of introducing the stable land use in modern conditions of managing is substantiated. The realization prospects of land relations under the obligatory accumulative system are defined.
