CONDITION DEVELOPMENT OF SULPHIDE ORES MECHANOCHEMICAL OPENING IN ACID SOLUTIONS

Abstract
Parameters of opening of refractory ore are determined by method of mechanic-chemical activation. The factors influencing on the level of binding of arsenium and a completeness of sulfur deleting in case of activation process of arsenopyrite-1, arsenopyrite-2 and ferro gold ore are considered. Mechanical activation was carried out using the grinding medium of the different sizes and in different ratio of L:S. Experiments on mechanical activation of mineral raw materials in solutions of hydrochloric and nitric acids of different concentration and different conditions of experiment (time, a ratio of the grinding bodies and a mineral and liquid) are made.
