Abstract
In this article the synthesis of a 1-methyl pentyl acetate by addition reaction of hexene-1 to acetic acid in the conditions of microwave radiation by the presence of sulfuric acid is offered. Optimum conditions of carrying out process are found: microwave irradiation rate, process duration, catalytic agent ratio from the mass of the reacting substances, proportion of the reacting substances. It was found that by carrying out process the following conditions are optimum: the mole ratio hexene-1: acetic acid n ? 1:1, duration ? 4,0 min., proportion of catalytic agent from the mass of the reacting substances ? 3,5 %, power of radiation ? 600 W. The yield of target product under these conditions makes 37,37 %. The received product is identified by means of gas chromatograp hy mass-spectrometry.
