Abstract

The article exposes nature of the term ?innovative development of a firm?. Obstacls which block innovative activity of Ukrainian industrial companies are under study. Detailization of these obstacles existence causes under the current circumstances is carried out. Suggestions towards overcoming the obstacles on the way of Ukrainian business innovative development are provided.
