Abstract
This article discusses the problems of the speech act. One of the most important objects in modern linguistic researches is the problem of the speech act. The process of the speech act is organically linked with the pragmatic aspect. Any statement, as a full-fledged primary unit combines grammatical, semantic and pragmatic features. This pragmatic speech act should be sought primarily in the sphere of relations between the people involved in the communication. Any statement is formed by a person in certain situations with certain goals.
