The increase of gas recovery factor efficiency in coal pays by means of gas permeability increase is considered. The experiment results, their analysis and efficiency assessment of a way to increase gas recovery factor of a coal pay at local tabular draining out of gases are presented. Basing on the experimental work conducted in the conditions of coal pit in use, the conclusions on the aspects of optimization for the applied ways of draining out of gases and determining the most efficient parameters of hydroimpulsive effect on degasified coal pay are made
