PROBLEMS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION

The subject of the research is a totality of theoretical and applied problems that hinder the sustainable development of enterprises in the conditions of globalization transformations. An aim of work is determination of preconditions for sustainable development of enterprises, their motives and goals, identifying the main challenges of sustainable development of enterprises in the conditions of globalization transformations. The methodological basis of the research are the works of scientists, in that the general theoretic questions of forming of mechanism of sustainable development of enterprises and their successful functioning of a market economy are considered . Reasonably, that the optimal structure of the prerequisites enterprises transition to sustainable development should be seen in the unity of the economic, social, ecological and energy fields. Motives and goals of enterprises transition to sustainable development are stated. Revealed that in the context of recent developments in state, enterprises meet a number of challenges, which include: 1) economic character (due to industrial, financial, innovation and investment and marketing components); 2) social character (due to components such as management, social and economic conditions, labor motivation); 3) ecological character (due to such components: labor protection, environmental protection and energy).
