Abstract
Methodological backgrounds for ethical handling of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials or nanoethics are considered in the article: nanoethics as a form of professional; formation of nanoethics similar to bioethics and ethical justification of practices of independent testing of nanomaterials. Contradictions and difficulties in justification of nanoethics are discovered.
