Abstract
The article deals with an issue of conflicts in higher educational establishment, the reasons and their management. The author analyzes psychological and pedagogical literature on this issue and carries out empiric study of the levels of proneness to conflicts of higher educational establishment teachers. Conflict inevitability in education environment of higher educational establishment is caused by the fact that its subjects have various social statuses and different roles and functions. A range of recommendations has been developed for conflict management in higher educational establishment.
