Abstract
The article deals with the modern trend, used in personnel selection in Kazakh organizations, polygraph test. One of the main problems faced by psychologists polygraphologists during polygraph tests is trait anxiety. The study of trait anxiety as a basic criterion, influencing the results of polygraph test is conducted.
