Abstract

The article deals with methods system of management decision-making on a variety of alternatives for a variety of indicators. Nowadays economy, due to increased competition, the escalation of crisis and other problems has significantly increased the importance of methods of management decisions, such as decisions relating to the choice of partners, modes of transport investment projects. The article considers a number of traditional methods and efficiency of the new method is tested in practice. Expert Choice (ExC) system is used as basic method of decision-making management.
