Abstract

Subject of the study are methodological components of competitive potential management of construction enterprises. The aim of the article is to justify the creation of the basic concepts and the use of cyclical rhythm of production, economic and informational processes in building organizations for the needs of improving the management of their competitive potential; The methods of system analysis, functional analysis of the factors of competitiveness, the method of analogies been used; The result of the work is the formulation of the problem to create a resonant mechanism of influence on the economic activity of the enterprise and its competitiveness. The directions of realization of the construction company competitive potential been defined. A definition of the terms "natural frequency of the organization", "resonance control", "compensating control" in relation to the organization as a fluctuating economic system been formulated; The results of the study can be used in the subsequent development of a methodology for the diagnosis of the competitive potential of the building enterprises for the needs of improving the effectiveness of changes in the formation of the competitive advantages of building organizations; As a result of analysis, it was determined that the economic processes taking place in the economic activities of organizations and environmental factors have fluctuating nature and therefore different types of cyclic and rhythmic processes in the organization can be synchronized and structured to achieve synergistic effects in the system of business enterprise. Accordingly, when managing the company, you can use the resonance and compensatory types of management actions.
