LEGAL SUPPORT OF METHODS OF CRISIS REGULATION OF TOURISM INDUSTRY IN UKRAINE ON THE REGIONAL LEVEL USAGE

On the basis of analysis of the current legal framework of Ukraine selected methods of crisis government regulation of the tourism industry, which can be used by regional authorities at the regional level of the national economy; The essence of each of the selected methods of proof of the possibility of their use on the basis of articles of the Law of Ukraine "On Local State Administrations" and "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine". In order to solve this scientific and practical problems in this study solved the following problem: based on the analysis of the current legal framework of Ukraine selected methods of crisis government regulation of the tourism industry, which can be used by regional authorities at the regional level of the national economy; The essence of each of the selected methods of proof of the possibility of their use on the basis of articles of the Law of Ukraine "On Local State Administrations" and "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine". So spent a meaningful analysis of the legislative framework of Ukraine concerning the possibility of using regional authorities with local government crisis methods of state regulation of the tourism industry within their localities, leads to the following conclusions: First, regional administrations have the opportunity to use most methods of crisis government regulation of the tourism industry within their localities within its authority under the current legislation of Ukraine; Secondly, if the use of these methods are prerequisites to minimize the crisis; Thirdly, methods of crisis government regulation are different than those used at the national level, based on the current legislation of Ukraine; Fourth, the use of certain methods of regional authorities will create the preconditions for the implementation of anti-crisis policy at the regional level and, in the aggregate, using these methods in each region can be sent to the tourism industry in Ukraine to the crisis. Thus defined methods can be considered as a prerequisite and basis upon which implemented anti-crisis policy of the state in the tourism industry in Ukraine at the regional level as well as a tool that is used to justify the regulators of this policy, means the formation of public crisis of industry taking, which should be used to achieve these strategic priorities of tourist regions in crisis.
