THE FORMING OF FINANCIAL STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT PAWNSHOP INSTITUTIONS

The subject of research is the theoretical and practical problems of regulation pawnshop activities as an instrument of influence on economic development of a country. The purpose of scientific problem is determining of peculiarities of the forming financial strategy of development pawnshop institutions in modern conditions. Methodology work. The study of modern scientific views to the determining of the essence of financial strategy, types of financial strategy of pawnshop institutions on various features, and the research of them financial strategies modelling were done in this research. Results of work. The role and essence of the financial strategy of pawnshops in the economic development of a country was determined and grounded. The forming stages of the financial strategy of pawnshop development were studied in modern conditions. The classification of the financial institution's strategy on various features was considered. The most important characteristics of financial strategy were grounded. The chain of directions forming of programs and projects realization of financial strategy was defined. It is proved that the formation of the financial strategy of the pawnshop institution is based on the realization of these principles. The model financial strategy pawnshop institution was propounded. Practical implications: the organization and carrying out research in the sphere of financial market, forming the basic directions of state policy regulating the activities of nonbanking financial and credit institutions. Conclusions. Further development of the market of Ukraine pawnshop services have based on certain principles and directions of interaction of the government with financial institutions. The main purpose of a financial strategy to the investment process is the formation of such a structure obtained funds, debt and equity, that will maximize profits pawnshop.
