Abstract
Investigated the efforts redistribution in multistorey buildings foundation construction depending of boundary conditions account using finite element numerical modeling method in the calculation scheme. It has been established that during the construction of multistorey buildings in urban construction conditions with deep foundation pits arrangement should be considered in real soil file calculations with all engineering constructions and protective constructions. Internal efforts in the foundation plates can be changed in some zones efforts in the piles vary up to 20% mark. It is also proved that boundary conditions are affected on stress-strain state of the ?base - engineering construction - foundation - overground constructions?.
