Abstract

The concept of structure and the reliability of the structure from the point of the graph theory was introduced; was determinated the workable conditions and inefficient conditions of reliability and built the polynomials of reliability. The results of reliability analysis structures water network of Poltava was shown. The reliability of structures for three separate areas of the network was calculated. Numerical values obtained reliability boundary.
