ON THE ORIGIN AND MEANING OF WORD “RUS”

In this article on the basis of the historical information the word of “Russ” is instigated, which is met in the structure of different words of languages, taking into consideration the legitimacy of linguistic changing of the form of words in the moment of transition from one language to another. The word “Russ” had been come from ancient Persian language and means ‘to develop’, ‘to grow’.
