Anal sphincterometry (S) ? determination of sphincter intensity of anus ? the major exam at proctological patients. Usually S is carried out by means of intra-anal sensors that makes foul the normal indicators because the efforts of anal sphincter for withholding the sensors different in sizes and configuration will be unequal. The video computer system allowing investigating function of anal sphincter without proctal sensor is developed. A camera is built in a portable water-closet seat, doctor (on cable from other room) establishes necessary parameters on the computer and carries out the recording of sphincter functioning at rest and at strong-willed contraction, and the minimum and maximum intensity of muscles of anus is determined by these data.
