Abstract

The article deals with the competitive growth of graduates and export capacity increase of educational sector. The implementation of five institutional reforms of head of state are considered. They will guarantee Kazakhstan independence strengthening, promote civil peace and national consent, consolidation and unification of Republic’s people in the process of building democratic society.
