Abstract
This article is about the usage and benefits of RS (Remote Sensing) images in observation of technical conditions of drainage system of hydro technical network in Syrdarya Province. It is obligatory to observe the exploitive condition of collectors and to search out immediately the emergency points to clean from coastal vegetation and sediments. RS technologies can help us in it. Especially now, VHR (Very High Resolution) images are widely used and achieved positive results in searching out the objects, sediments and coastal vegetation. In our scientific work, we have created the fast RS analysis method of drainage for emergency condition with using satellite images. As well, we have created fast methodology with using NIR (Near infrared) band of satellite images. This method is based on rule set OBIA (Object Based Image Analyses) analysis, which is useful for the hydro technician personnel owing to the quickness and simplicity.
