SOME ASPECTS OF BILINGUALISM AND MULTILINGUALISM IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

This article is devoted to the problem of bilingualism and multilingualism, which is one of important issues of sociolinguistics. The issues of bilingualism and multilingualism are studied in various aspects by psychologists, ethnographers, historians, philologists, scientists. The language learning means to study culture as language and culture don't exist without each other. The bilingualism and multilingualism is an existence and functioning of two or several languages within one state (society). This is socially natural and necessary phenomenon in the multinational state.
