Abstract
The article provides an analysis of changes in Kazakhstan education. The role of the education system in solving problems in various spheres of economy and society is shown. The mission of the program "Bolashak", which main purpose is socio-pedagogical support and development of gifted children and youth, is revealed in this article. The relationship of the system of technical and vocational education with employers ? introduction of dual training are also shown.
