PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING OF ATTENDEES AT THE LESSONS OF PHYSICAL AND SPECIAL TRAINING

The author considered some guidance papers and various ways of an organism adaptation to extreme factors by means of the most available, safe and natural methods of physical training. The various scientific researches on the organization of an effective training technique in applied and professional skills of self-defense, psychological basis of emotional stability formation of law enforcement officers and their readiness for overcoming of extremeness factors are analyzed.
