Abstract
Nowadays the real mechanism of achieving the modern quality of education of children with disabilities is an adapted educational program of the educational organization. In this context, the crucial point is the implementation of information and methodological support for teachers working with this category of students. The article describes the experience in the development and implementation of a such tool to enhance the professional competence of teachers as a modular course. The author notes that the modular course is an interdisciplinary organizational and methodological framework of an educational material, providing for the allocation of topics covering various areas of teacher’s practice. The particular attention is paid to the description of the modular course structure, which can allow forming the teacher’s project culture, which is important in terms of implementing the professional stan-dard.
