Innovativeness as a mechanism for sustainable development and reformation of the region’s social complex

The role of the social complex of region in generating and assimilating of socio-cultural, organizational, technological and product innovations, as well as in the reconstruction and improvement of resource potential of innovative activity of society are examined. The priorities for implementation of innovative mechanisms to improve the quality of reproduction of local communities in the region are determined. Activity on formation of organizational and economic mechanism of functioning of the social complex in the region should provide the foundation and implement legal obligations in the field of institutionalization of social and economic development, that provide conditions for reproduction of productive qualities and implementing labor, entrepreneurship, innovation, civil capacity as key factors for ensuring a decent life for own employee assertion, confirming solidarity system of social security, preventing of marginalization, reasoning social responsibility of economically active population.
