Problems and prospects of innovative development of machine-building enterprises in Ukraine are considered in the context of organizational, economic and administrative aspects. The comparative analysis of basic innovative organizational structures is carried out and basic pre-conditions of the stable economy growing in the conditions of the machine building industry innovative development are determined.
