Modern approaches to management of the enterprise’s innovation activities

The article states that the innovative development of the economy is the main strategic guideline of the commercial entity’s economic policy. Raising the efficiency of the innovative businesses’ activities requires significant changes and search of completely new organizational structures of management. The methods to be applied in the management of innovative development at the micro- and mac- ro-levels have been substantiated.
