Abstract

The article considers the standpoint of the renowned political leader of Great Britain, M. Thatcher, regarding the Nuremberg Trials and other international military tribunals, particularly international character, legitimacy, justice and historical value. The article reveals a subjective and ambivalent attitude of M. Thatcher to the evaluation of international developments and organizations, as well as her excessive enthusiasm for the policy of the US and denial of the possibility of international community’s real influence on the world security.
