Abstract

The international cruise shipping in the Black Sea due to the announced sanctions against the sea ports of the Republic of Crimea is currently in a deep crisis. If the pre-crisis 2013 was announced in 2014, more than 220 cruise ship calls only at Yalta commercial port. In 2015 in the Black Sea from the Bosporus had gone no more than 7 passenger vessels. Naturally, scientists, experts, active members of the international cruise industry cannot help but wonder how long will the crisis be and what possibilities there are out of it. The author made an attempt to analyze the history of the crisis in the passenger shipping in the Black Sea [1], which led to the conclusion that the existing sanctions bring multimillion losses in the first major foreign cruise companies, and so you can expect the resumption of international cruise shipping in the Black Sea has in 2017-2018, respectively. It is therefore necessary to consider some issues related to the provision of cruise business: the willingness of domestic tourist companies operate in a highly competitive international cruise market, and provide the level of service and ensure service quality to cruise tourists by Crimean seaside towns.
